I agree that:

I am an adult at least 18 years of age. I am willing to assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by participating in this Learn to Sail program organized by the Northern Yacht Club.

In becoming a participant in the Northern Yacht Club Learn to Sail program, I do hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Northern Yacht Club, its officers, trustees, members, and volunteers from any and all liabilities incurred or suffered by me with respect to any and all claims of whatsoever nature, whether at law, in equity, or in admiralty including, particularly, but not by way of limitation, all claims of property damage, personal injury, death or consequential loss or damage sustained in conjunction with, or prior to, during this Learn to Sail course and on the water sessions organized by the Northern Yacht Club. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.

Waiver of Rights and Subrogation Clause: It is understood that signing this form (below) hereby waives all rights and/or subrogation rights to sue or take legal action against the Northern Yacht Club from all liability or from any claim for loss or damage by fire and any other hazards or caused by any act or neglect on the part of the Northern Yacht Club or its employees or Northern Yacht Club members or any other participant.
